1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and xa777 ("xa777," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the xa777 online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and any other services made available through the xa777 website at xa777.org and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Services").

• You are not the subject of any self-exclusion order, either through xa777 directly or through any applicable regulatory programme, that would prohibit your participation.

xa777 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are not or cease to be met, and to withhold or void any winnings generated during any period of ineligibility.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) xa777 account only. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. xa777 employs technical and manual controls to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xa777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances, and void all pending or settled bets and withdrawals.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false or misleading information — including but not limited to date of birth, full legal name, CNIC number, or payment account details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

xa777 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") requires submission of a valid, government-issued identity document (CNIC) and, where applicable, proof of address and payment method ownership. xa777 may request additional documentation at its reasonable discretion. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xa777 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify xa777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. xa777 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

xa777 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xa777 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or payment methods not listed above unless separately communicated in writing.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits made to xa777 must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your xa777 account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are credited within the same business day for transfers initiated before 17:00 PKT on a business day, or on the following business day for transfers initiated thereafter.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. xa777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: 2–4 hours from approval.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Same business day for requests approved before 17:00 PKT.

xa777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to approving withdrawals, which may extend processing times. xa777 does not charge processing fees on PKR withdrawals; however, transaction fees levied by the receiving payment provider are the player's responsibility.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the xa777 cashier section at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. xa777 reserves the right to impose transaction limits on individual accounts based on account history, verification status, and risk assessments.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

xa777 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where specified, initial KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") before any withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the individual offer terms.

6. Betting Rules

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, international Test and T20 matches, and all other sports offered — are governed by xa777's Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms. Bets are void if a match is abandoned before the relevant market's result can be determined, unless xa777's Sportsbook Rules specify otherwise for a given sport or competition. Odds are subject to change up until the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked.

6.3 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods during key match events. xa777 reserves the right to void live bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event was already determined, whether due to technical latency or data feed error. xa777 accepts no responsibility for connectivity issues on the player's side that result in delays in receiving live data.

6.4 Palpable Errors

xa777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect ("palpable errors"), including but not limited to odds published due to system errors, data feed malfunctions, or human input mistakes. xa777 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly and will refund the original stake to the player's xa777 account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xa777 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others to do so, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with xa777's Services in any manner not expressly permitted.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed via xa777.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing hole cards in live poker, coordinating bets to exploit casino mechanics, or any similar arrangement.
• Exploiting software bugs, mathematical loopholes, or undisclosed vulnerabilities in xa777's platform to generate profit or advantage.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward xa777's staff or other players via any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. 10. Limitation of Liability

12. Amendments to These Terms
